Scratchrock Volume 18 - 2015-2018

Scratchrock XVIII features a collection of my favorite Sheep Fiends improvisational recordings spanning the years 2015-2018. Two epic pieces bookend this album, both centered on excellent distorted mandolin riffs from Mark and the anguished stories of Paul's journeys through time and space (respectively). Since I wanted some unique material for this release but was too lazy to record anything new, I did fresh mixes of two era-appropriate yet never released Sheep Fiends tracks: the very suspicious instrumental "Chili for Breakfast", and the perhaps overly revealing tales of my younger days in "The Rockford Fails". With the inclusion of 2018, we welcome Dave L. back into the fold as a regular player after a sixteen-year absence. It was like he never left. Sheep Fiends, man.
