"Monday on the Train Tracks" is a collection of rock songs written, performed, recorded and produced by MX Skroch at home during the mid-1990s. In 2025 the original mixes were deconstructed and then remixed for a fresh sound.

Topics include the loneliness of being young, the hopelessness of being young, the bittersweet acceptance of loss, and celebrating simple, genuine love while questioning how real or lasting it can be in a world overwhelmed by technology, greed, and indifference. And all that in less than 20 minutes!
