At Forgotten Anthems Club, we have long believed there is a neglected audience for songs about financial history. That belief has now become the Stock Bubble Historical Society Series, a sequence of EPs chronicling defining moments in the history of global markets.

Volume One revisits Black Monday in 1987, when the Dow Jones suffered a staggering 22% drop in a single day. These songs tell that story through many voices - the despairing, the disillusioned, and the hopeful few who refuse to let go.
